I love California! I love my friends. I love church and love Christ. I love my school.. only because I love my friends at school. :) I love South Africa and sitting out on the porch in the middle of a South African thunderstorm. I love falling asleep to the sound of rain. wow... :) I love a lot of things huh? And thats only the begining.

| Wow I havent written on here for a while. Its amazing how much has happened in the past year, but also how much things havent changed at all. I feel like things are happening like crazy in the lives of those around me while my life kinda keeps pluggin on the same way.
Things that are going on in my life right now -
1. Probably the biggest thing is my sister Kerri just got married!!! CRAZY! My baby sister!
LOve you tons George. Man the day was beautiful, really dont know what else to say. It was a seriouse blur, a whirlwind. She had a great day and everything looked so good. I of course was the one who knocked over the huge thing of flowers and messed up my dress before the wedding started!
:) I stood on it and pulled out a couple of the pickups in front, which in turn made the dress longer in frount, which in turn made it Impossible to walk in it, so needless to say I was terrified of tripping and falling on my face while walking down the isle. Crazy enough, that didnt happen!
2. I'm now a secound year in the PT program! lets just say craziness. I cant believe i will be graduating in a year and actually be able to practice! A tad scary for all you poor injured people out there!
3. My new appartment is AMAZING! I love it so much! its big and beautiful and fun and did I mention I love it? Well I do :) Still need allot of unpacking and sorting, so no pictures yet... but soon! I promise.
4. My best friend is having a baby any day now and I cant WAIT to be Auntie Heidi.

| Today was amazing... one of the best days Ive had for a while.
I went and visited my old friend ... a little park tucked away. I know allot of people know of it and have been there often but still I love to think of it as my park. I used to love escaping there, laying out a blanket and pretending to study as I lay on my belly, head proped in hands and just drinked in all that surrounded me. The russtle of leaves high above me, the playful gurgle and ripple of the stream and even the strange little bugs making there way through the ever daunting forest of grass and leaves that covered the ground in front of me. I love this place. Best of all though are the tracks ... high above the park and at places surrounded by small cliffs of clay. On those tracks the world is gone, all that matters is what is around the bend or just a little bit further up the tracks. They seem to go on forever seemingly unchanged but curiosity draws you to take those few more steps.... just a few more steps and your sure there will be something there, some wonderful unattainable prize. Memories like friendly ghosts silently walk with me with every step I take. I love those tracks.
